I am a corporate leader with over 15 years of experience across Human Resources, People Operations, and Workplace Strategy, execution environments—solving problems, building systems, and supporting organizations.
My career began in execution-heavy environments, grounded in a B.Tech foundation and later strengthened by an MBA in Human Resources. Early on, I worked close to the ground—solving operational problems, stabilizing systems, and learning how organizations function under pressure, where outcomes matter more than titles.
Over time, my role expanded from doing the work to designing how the work gets done—building people systems, workplace infrastructure, and operating models that scale with the business.
Across HR, People Operations, and Workplace Strategy, I have led zero-to-one and scale-up transitions, partnered with Founders and CXOs, and helped organizations bring clarity and structure during periods of growth and complexity.
Today, my focus is strategic but grounded in execution. I believe effective strategy is built from lived operational experience. Leadership, for me, is about creating systems that work even when you are not in the room.

Titles don't create impact—ownership, clarity, and consistency do.
Building HR frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythm from the ground up.
Enabling managers and senior professionals to convert execution into influence.
Translating business goals into operational reality through structure, metrics, and ownership.
Designing modern, data-informed, AI-assisted workplaces that support productivity and scale.
